Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Not installed, modified, or altered in any way
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
