Does this work with optics or red dot sights?
Yes. We have tested and confirmed function with rifles equipped with Trijicon and AmeriGlo sights, as well as standard factory iron sights. Clearance is generally good with most common optics setups.
What tools are required for installation?
Installation requires common armorer’s tools: a castle nut wrench and a screwdriver or Allen key for the provided hardware. It attaches directly to your rifle’s existing mil-spec buffer tube.
